Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children enrolled in early intervention programs, using evidence-based practices.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they are tailored to each child’s unique needs.

• Monitor outcomes and collaborate effectively as a team member to support the child’s developmental progress.
\n
• Provide essential support and guidance to families, equipping them with information and strategies that enhance their child's development in a natural learning environment.
\n
• Administer evaluations and assessments that inform the care provided, maintaining meticulous documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Think creatively to develop rapport with children and families, fostering a healthy and nurturing learning atmosphere.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to engage families in their child's learning processes.
\n
• Prioritize the health and safety of all staff and clients, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on serving infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. This includes working closely with their families, helping them navigate challenges related to developmental milestones and emotional needs. Your expertise will ensure that these young children receive the early intervention support essential for their growth across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health in California.

• A valid driver's license.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to adapt treatment plans according to the unique learning styles and needs of each child.

• One year of experience in early intervention programs or working with young children.
\n
• Commitment to natural learning environment practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
