What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do

Depending on your experience, licensing, and interests, you may:

● Work with buyers, sellers, and real estate investors

● Review contracts and identify potential transaction risks

● Provide legal insight related to real estate transactions

● Assist with negotiations and complex transaction issues

● Build relationships with agents, lenders, title companies, and attorneys

● Help educate and support real estate professionals

● Develop your own real estate business and professional network

● Participate in leadership and market expansion opportunities

● Help build an attorney-backed real estate platform nationwide

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in attorneys who:

● Hold an active law license in good standing

● Have experience with real estate, contracts, litigation, title, land use, business law, or related practice areas

● Have 3+ years of legal experience preferred

● Are entrepreneurial and interested in additional income opportunities

● Enjoy working with people and building professional relationships

● Are comfortable with negotiations and problem-solving

● Hold an active real estate license OR are willing to obtain one

You do not need to currently practice real estate law to be considered.
