Location: National Capital Region (On-site/Hybrid) Clearance: Secret or Top Secret Job Type: Full-Time Overview The Governance Coordinator supports executive-level meetings and ensures smooth coordination of high-visibility events. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate meetings and secure VTCs Track RSVPs and attendance Prepare and distribute meeting materials Manage classified and unclassified documentation Maintain meeting records and archives Qualifications Experience coordinating executive-level meetings Strong attention to detail Ability to work in secure/classified environments Position contingent on contract win.
