Sales Representative

Trenkle Agency is looking for personable, self-motivated people who feel comfortable starting conversations, asking questions, and following up by phone.

In this remote sales role, you’ll speak with people who have expressed interest in life insurance, learn about their needs, explain available options, and help them complete the application process.

What you’ll do:

• Make outbound follow-up calls to interested prospects.
• Schedule and conduct phone or virtual appointments.
• Explain options clearly and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate notes and manage follow-up.
• Participate in training and coaching.

What we’re looking for:

• Confidence speaking with new people by phone.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Consistent follow-through and good organization.
• Comfort working independently and toward sales goals.
• Previous sales, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience is helpful.

Role details:

• Remote; U.S.-based.
• 1099 independent contractor.
• Commission-only compensation, with no base salary or hourly pay.
• Training, mentorship, and licensing guidance available.
• Required state licensing must be completed before conducting sales.
