Remote Collections Representative

To support a growing team, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will manage consumer communications regarding unpaid accounts, provide accurate account updates, and perform skip tracing while working from home in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Communicating with consumers by telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts Providing thorough and accurate updates on account files for each interaction Conducting skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and counseling consumers on payment obligations Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience in commercial collections is required Ability to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday Stable work history with a proven record of accomplishments Ability to successfully pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
