• Start Date: Flexible; immediate start preferred
• End Date/Duration: Ongoing assignment
• Shift: Four clinic days + one remote administrative day (per week)
• Hours/week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-time, hospital-employed
• License/Certs: BC/BE in Hematology & Oncology
• Experience: 2+ years preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay package discussed upon application
• Guaranteed base salary: $550,000 annually
• Signing bonus: $55,000
• Student loan support: $100,000
• wRVU (no cap)
• Six weeks PTO

What You ll Do:

• Provide expert hematology and oncology patient care in a dedicated cancer center
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including medical and radiation oncology
• Participate in clinical trials, genetic counseling, and patient navigation services
• Manage inpatient and outpatient cases with varied hematology and oncology diagnoses
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient education initiatives
• Access advanced facilities like linear accelerators and CT simulators
• Support community outreach and continuous program development

What You Need:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
• OH state medical license (or eligible)
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care
