Service Manager - Wide Format Printers ($80k-$105k Base - Direct Hire)

TekPro Engineering is looking to hire an IT Service Manager immediately! These positions offer competitive pay rates, long term job security, full benefits, and future career growth.
This position will not be available for long so please inquire immediately if interested! Must Haves:- Experience managing a team of Field Service Technicians for installations/repairs for customers - on Epson, HP, and Canon wide format printers, scanners, laptops, etc.
- Ability to manage and schedule/coordinate travel, technical assistance, leadership, and development.
- Training end users on equipment purchased from IT Supplies
- Answering technical questions about the products we sell
- Possessing technical expertise on color management, RIP software and print production workflow
