Contract Recruiter

Our client is seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition team during a busy hiring period. This role is ideal for someone with previous recruiting experience who enjoys both the operational and recruiting aspects of talent acquisition. The position will initially focus on interview coordination, scheduling, job postings, and keeping the hiring process moving efficiently. As the role evolves, there will also be opportunities to source candidates and conduct phone screens for select positions. Responsibilities Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process. Manage complex interview scheduling and proactively resolve calendar conflicts. Keep the recruiting process moving by partnering with hiring managers and maintaining interview timelines. Update job descriptions and post positions on LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms. Source qualified candidates for a variety of corporate and operational roles. Conduct initial phone screens for select positions using established interview guides. Maintain candidate information and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system. Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide an exceptional candidate experience. Assist with additional recruiting and talent acquisition projects as needed. Qualifications 1-3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required. Experience supporting the full recruiting lifecycle or recruiting operations. Comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with recruiting activities. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to confidently communicate with hiring managers and keep the hiring process on track. Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating multiple calendars. Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, or corporate positions. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or other recruiting platforms. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
