Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and create tailored treatment strategies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending agency training sessions and participating in monthly supervision meetings for clinical support and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of a current, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
