Conduct thorough evaluations for patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics utilizing standardized assessments and clinical observations.

Craft tailored treatment plans that focus on immediate goals as well as enduring communication, cognitive, and swallowing requirements.

Deliver targeted speech therapy interventions concentrating on communication, language proficiency, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing functions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to enhance patient care strategies.

Provide educational resources to patients and their families to encourage progress beyond therapy sessions.

Administer occasional inpatient therapy evaluations and treatments, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

Accurately maintain documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.

Keep abreast of the latest advancements in speech-language pathology via continuing education and professional collaboration.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a clinical fellowship year (CFY) if the ASHA certification has not yet been obtained.

Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be acquired within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for diverse age groups, with a thorough understanding of both developmental and acquired communication and swallowing issues.
