Job Title: Account Executive VIE Media, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and driving successful marketing campaigns. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing services and the ability to manage multiple account projects effectively. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients. Understand the business goals of each client and propose tailored digital marketing strategies to meet their objectives. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Prepare reports on account status and communicate progress effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Required Skills And Qualifications Proven work experience as an Account Executive, or similar role, in the digital marketing industry. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., PipeDrive) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel). Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
