Associate Director, Campaign Development Lead (Hybrid - Upper Gwynedd, PA)

Job Description Our Digital team is innovating how we understand patients and their needs through digital channels and technologies. Working cross‑functionally, we are inventing new ways to communicate, measure, and interact with customers and patients. Campaign Development Lead Put marketing strategy into action as you lead the development of our customer experience and campaign planning. Leveraging your strong understanding of customer insights, you will shape and orchestrate fully integrated digital campaigns and confidently lead our agency and internal teams through the creative process for campaigns, resources, and relevant content. You will employ agile practices and a test‑and‑learn approach throughout each phase of the project, collaborating with copy, design, UX, architecture, internal legal, medical, and regulatory teams in the co‑design, co‑creation, and execution of campaign plans every step of the way. From creative development to approval and delivery to market, you will have a hand in the entire process and a voice in the final product. Education Minimum Requirement

What You'll Need Minimum of 5 years of combined digital marketing/marketing support or sales experience Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous space, shifting from the tactical to the strategic Capacity to effectively collaborate and drive change while focusing on the co‑design, co‑creation, and execution phases of creative development Strong digital acumen and understanding of criteria for effective digital content Knowledge/experience in healthcare marketing and/or promotion Demonstrated ability to implement marketing strategies that work Excellent business and communication/influencing skills Experience and success in a cross‑functional team leadership role Well organized, highly motivated, process‑driven, results‑oriented personality Ability to re‑balance priorities and assume responsibility in a multi‑tasking environment Understanding of how to maximize digital channels, techniques, and operating models Ability to thrive within a data‑driven, fast‑paced setting defined by change Innovative thinking Required Skills Adaptability Content Creation Cross‑Functional Teamwork Customer Engagement Data Analysis Digital Marketing Direct Marketing Email Marketing Innovation Marketing Automation Marketing Communications Planning Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Social Media Operations Strategic Thinking Vendor Management Salary Range : $142,400.00 - $224,100.00.
