Community-Based Peer Recovery Counselor
Trilogy, Inc.
Trilogy, Inc. is seeking a Peer Support specialist to assess clients and plan individualized recovery paths across home, community, and office settings. You will advocate for clients, link to community services, and provide strengths-based, trauma-informed support for those with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. You will maintain patient records, participate in team meetings, and be on-call for crises, while helping clients access entitlements and develop #J-18808-Ljbffr Trilogy, Inc.
