Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including gathering medical histories, performing physical examinations, and executing diagnostic evaluations to determine patient needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with supervising physicians, ensuring that each plan aligns with the latest clinical guidelines and meets the unique needs of diverse patient populations.
• Perform a range of minor surgical procedures and interventions under the direct supervision of attending physicians, applying best practices and safety protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, potential treatment options, and important lifestyle modifications to foster a proactive approach to health maintenance.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date medical documentation, including documenting patient interactions, treatment plans, and any necessary follow-up care in our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse patient population, including individuals undergoing surgical procedures, post-operative recovery, and routine follow-ups. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program is required.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is essential.
• Active state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work autonomously within your scope of practice.

Compensation and Benefits

Pure Health Physician Assistants offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 140,000 to 160,000 .
