Work Environment

You will work onsite at our bustling hospital, where teamwork and patient-centered care are at the forefront of our operations. The collaborative environment ensures that your contributions are valued, and your input is encouraged in patient care decisions. You will be scheduled for approximately 40 hours per week, primarily during clinic hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities rotated for emergency coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical assessments and examinations of patients with various ENT concerns.
• Diagnose ENT-related conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as audiograms and imaging studies to assist in accurate diagnoses.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on treatment options, preventative care, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting all patient interactions and treatment plans in our electronic health record system.
• Stay current with advancements in ENT medicine through continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As part of our ENT team, you will interact with a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients experiencing issues such as sinusitis, allergies, hearing loss, and throat disorders. Your role will directly impact their quality of life and health outcomes, making your contribution vital to our organization’s mission of providing exceptional medical care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physician Assistant (PA) license in New York State.
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 250,000 to USD 350,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
