Crew Chief / Water Restoration Technician

Job Description We are looking for a Crew Chief for an immediate hire opportunity in Bridgewater, NJ! A well established water damage restoration company is seeking an experienced Crew Chief/Maintenance Technician. Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm (hours may vary depending on workload) Monday - Friday Competitive Compensation Offered! $25-30/hr (Based on experience) Responsibilities: Lead restoration crews on water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation projects while ensuring quality and safety. Provide exceptional customer service through clear, professional communication with customers and insurance partners. Supervise daily job site operations, assign tasks, and mentor team members to ensure efficient project completion. Perform mitigation services, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure equipment and vehicles are job-ready.
