Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services as per the plans set forth by licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), ensuring that each session meets patient needs and is tailored to individual recovery goals.
• Engage with patients and their families, offering education on therapy techniques and home exercises to enhance patient understanding and involvement in their care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and other required data using advanced documentation tools, including point-of-service technologies.
• Apply modern infection control practices and standard precautions to promote patient safety during treatment sessions.
• Participate in continuous education and in-service programs to remain informed about advancements in physical therapy practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure the highest standards of care and patient support, integrating feedback to improve service delivery.

Qualifications
