Agile Touch Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Norfolk, Virginia. In this full-time position, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in empowering our patients to regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our Norfolk, VA location, where you will work as part of a small, focused team comprised of two Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). The atmosphere is dynamic, and our team works collaboratively to provide personalized care that meets each patient's unique needs. Our typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life dynamic for all staff members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual goals.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour while ensuring high standards of care and personal attention.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions to enhance movement and restore function.
• Create and implement personalized fitness and wellness regimens that align with each patient's recovery journey.
• Work collaboratively with the PTA and other staff to provide comprehensive treatment that addresses physical and emotional aspects of recovery.
• Track and analyze patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate documentation using EMR software such as WebPT.
• Engage with patients to inspire motivation and foster a positive rehabilitation experience.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Educate patients about their conditions and promote preventative strategies to maintain their health beyond therapy.

Our patient demographic primarily includes athletes and active individuals seeking rehabilitation from various orthopedic conditions. Each treatment plan is crafted to nurture recovery and improve patients' physical capabilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, with no history of board action or disciplinary action against your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a thorough understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient care setting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Experience working in a team setting to deliver coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, reflecting your experience and skills, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and continuing education opportunities.
