Our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. While the schedule may offer some flexibility to meet patient demands, we prioritize work-life balance for our therapists.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that respect and understand the diverse cultural experiences of patients in order to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, adjusted for the culturally significant factors relevant to each patient’s unique situation.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address various mental health issues, helping patients develop resilience and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure our patients receive holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to assist patients during acute mental health emergencies, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can support their journey.
\n
• Ensure all patient documentation is accurate, confidential, and maintains compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Actively engage in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions to continually enhance service delivery.

• Remain up-to-date with current mental health research, best practices, and culturally responsive therapy approaches relevant to our patient populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Experience providing culturally competent individual and group therapy, demonstrating responsiveness to the diverse needs of your clients.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in challenging situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and general computer applications necessary for documentation and communication.

• A firm commitment to professional ethics, client confidentiality, and maintaining boundaries.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience\n
