We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations, ensure exceptional food quality, and lead our culinary staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation procedures
• Develop and update menus in collaboration with culinary staff, considering customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
• Control inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs to meet budget targets
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor kitchen equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that encourages professional growth

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role in a hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure
• Creative culinary skills with a passion for quality and innovation
• Budget management and cost control experience
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
