Shift: Night 3x12-Hour shifts (18:30 – 07:00)

Hours/week: 36 hours/week

Employment Type: Contract (Travel/Per Diem options available)

License/Certs: Ohio RN license, BCLS required, EPIC experience preferred

Experience: Minimum 3 years OR/surgical tech experience; prior travel experience preferred, neuro, trauma, and complex surgery experience a plus

What You'll Do

• Provide expert perioperative nursing care in neurosurgery, spine, orthopedic, and complex general surgery cases
• Support patients through all phases of the surgical process
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain sterile technique and surgical safety standards
• Assist with patient positioning, equipment setup, and documentation in EPIC (preferred)
• Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as required
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, prioritizing patient safety and comfort

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license and BCLS certification (additional certifications preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years operating room/surgical tech experience
• Experience with neuro, trauma, ENT, GU, plastics, and burns surgeries preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
