$19.60 - $21.00/hr Position Office Associate Summary A well established Japanese food trading company is seeking a detail oriented Office Associate to support daily branch operations. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors while providing administrative, customer service, order processing, and inventory support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast paced office environment while collaborating with office, warehouse, and sales teams. Essential Duties Provide administrative and clerical support including data entry, record maintenance, and filing in accordance with company procedures. Process and review sales orders and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide professional customer service to customers, vendors, and sales representatives. Process customer payments and assist with accounts receivable related inquiries. Maintain delivery and receiving documentation and check inventory availability when necessary. Coordinate with office, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve operational issues efficiently. Assist with quarterly physical inventory counts and other office duties as assigned. Working Hours / Working Style Fully on-site / Monday through Friday First shift with a start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Some days may require a 6:00 AM start depending on business needs.
