Powder Coat Painter
Location: Whitewater, WI
Pay Rate: $19.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Temp to Hire
We are looking for a Powder Coat Painter to join our team in Whitewater. This position is responsible for preparing metal parts, applying powder coating, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and hang parts for coating
- Apply powder coating using spray equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Operate curing ovens and follow production specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
- Reliable and safety-conscious
