Regional Director Of Operations

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the successful and profitable operation of multiple hotel properties within a designated region. This role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction, driving revenue growth, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring adherence to brand and regulatory standards. The RDO will lead cross-functional teams, develop strong partnerships, and implement performance-driven strategies that align with company goals. Responsibilities: • Conduct property inspections, enforce regulatory and franchise compliance, and address concerns to uphold brand standards. • Manage all daily hotel operational areas, including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and F&B to ensure smooth and efficient execution. • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team while cultivating a positive, inclusive, and goal-oriented work environment. • Collaborate with sales teams to increase market share, maintain key client relationships, and monitor performance to meet revenue goals. • Provide timely performance reports, financial updates, and operational insights to stakeholders, including owners and corporate leadership. Qualifications: • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including preventative maintenance, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present effectively to stakeholders at all levels. • Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with the ability to evaluate performance and pinpoint areas for improvement. • Proven ability to manage diverse teams, delegate effectively, and develop talent across multiple property locations. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing business needs with frequent overnight travel, as such should be available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Compensation: $85,000+
