Reports To: Sewing Supervisor Direct Reports: None FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $17/hour

Position Overview: Responsible for producing work in a TSS sewing team-based cluster, in accordance with NSA and TSS guidelines.

1. Work specific zone which flexes due to variation in cycle.
2. Within designated zone, produce specified product to required specifications using proper methods; i.e., gauging or other tools.
3. Maintain equipment as required.
4. Operate equipment safely and utilize methods to ensure safe operation.
5. Properly set equipment to specific requirements.
6. Maintain any required documentation for completeness and accuracy.
7. Adhere to company quality standards and procedures.
8. Adhere to all cluster requirements including proper utilization of goal boards. Use lights to alert support personnel of machine difficulties, supply needs, etc.
9. Work in courteous cooperation with other cluster members.
10. Employ the "bumping" technique as appropriate within the cluster.
11. Address team issues in a timely and appropriate manner with team members/supervision.
12. Contact supervisor as required to resolve cluster needs.

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Works as a team to accomplish production and manufacturing goals
• Other duties as assigned by TSS Sewing Supervisors

Training: Necessary training will be provided on the job. Qualifications:

• Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred
