Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay: Approximately $20.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
GL Staffing is seeking a professional and organized Customer Service Coordinator for an established manufacturing company in Orlando.
This position will serve as an important point of contact between customers and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service, order entry, administrative, or sales support experience and be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Responsibilities- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Prepare customer quotes and pricing information
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
- Communicate with customers regarding orders and general requests
- Prepare and print Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other order/shipping documentation
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, shipping, and other internal departments as needed
- Follow up on orders and help resolve customer issues
- Perform general administrative and data-entry duties
- Maintain professional communication by phone and email
- Previous customer service, order entry, administrative, or coordinator experience preferred
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Comfortable working with order documentation and BOLs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work environment
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Dependable with strong attendance
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse-office experience is a plus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
