SDV has already garnered over 15 million downloads, with thousands of users and boasts a thriving community of 1,000+ Slack members. SDV is rapidly gaining traction across various enterprise use cases, including software testing, scenario generation, and many more. We are a team of adventurous former MIT grads with past experience at YouTube, Palantir, Alteryx among others. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team at DataCebo. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers with the SDV. Your mission will be to build strong, long-term relationships with our customers, understand their unique needs, and help them unlock the full potential of our product. Your Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the SDV. Lead customer onboarding and training sessions to ensure that customers can leverage the full capabilities of the SDV. Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback to our product development team to drive product enhancements. Monitor customer usage and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Gather and analyze customer feedback to help improve the product and enhance the overall customer experience. Create and maintain customer success documentation, resources, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 5+ years in a customer-facing role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving. Enthusiastic about working in an early-stage startup environment with a high degree of ambiguity and the opportunity for rapid growth.
