IAM Business Analyst
ICONMA
Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for an IAM Business Analyst for their Atlanta GA / Charlotte NC location.
Responsibilities:
- Define and document IAM lifecycle processes (provisioning, rotation, revocation)
- Develop operational runbooks for onboarding, support, and recovery
- Build and publish IAM playbooks with implementation guidance
- Identify and map privileged users, roles, and access entitlements
- Compile, merge, and normalize IAM, application, and system datasets
- Map users to systems and classify control planes and platforms
- Perform gap analysis, risk scoring, and inconsistency identification
- Deduplicate data and resolve mismatches across sources
- Inventory authentication methods and categorize applications
- Analyze patterns, validate groupings, and prioritize applications
- Conduct scans, validate definitions, and assess weaknesses
- Engage stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
