Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, with bonus opportunities based on performance. Our compensation package also includes guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections and no waiting periods for reimbursements, ensuring financial stability. Employees are classified as W2, allowing for traditional benefits packages including medical, vision, and dental coverage, with supplemental options available to address individual needs.
