This is an entry level position with the main responsibility to keep the flow of jobs through the shop in a timely manner. This position does not deal directly with clients but will provide significant resources and time in helping coworkers internally and is very involved with every department which provides a great understanding of how the company runs.Essential Functions:Answer questions regarding status of jobs in the shop.Enter job values into computer after job is billed.Provide support to billing lead, this will include simple pre-invoicing.Check jobs for open purchase orders, materials, or out of line costs.Monitor jobs through the shop & accounting.Skills & Qualifications:Basic mathExcelProblem solving skillsExcellent written & verbal communication skillsMust be dependable & have attention to detailMinimum Experience Required:High school diplomaKnowledge of printing industry a plus.Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Additional Details:Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment.
