HR Generalist 3 (Workday)

Summary

The main function of the Human Resources Generalist is to perform HR administrative functions within a shared services environment. Job Responsibilities

• Create and send DocuSign documents.
• Send DocuSign mail merges.
• Run and analyze reports using DocuSign Retrieve.
• Administer DocuSign, including maintaining users, creating groups, and managing regional DocuSign accounts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Manage and monitor shared mailboxes.
• Onboard and train new hires on the team.
• Manage HR service tickets, reports, roster uploads, and headquarters-related questions.
• Create, assign, and resolve tickets as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn.
• Train other team members and/or employees across subsidiaries when required.
• Handle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• Advanced DocuSign experience required , including:
  • Document sending
  • Mail merge
  • DocuSign Retrieve
  • Reporting
  • User and group administration
• Previous experience with Workday .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables , preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information and sensitive requests.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of DocuSign experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or 2 3 years of related experience required.
