We are hiring an experienced HR Generalist 3 for a 12-month onsite contract opportunity in Plano, TX.

Position Details:

• Job Title: HR Generalist 3

• Location: Plano, TX

• Pay Rate: $35/hr on W2

• Duration: 12 Months

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

• Work Schedule: Fully Onsite

• Language: Korean & English Bilingual

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage General Affairs operations including travel, expatriate support, food services, facilities, supplies, and company events.

• Lead cross-functional coordination across GA Operations, Space Planning, and IT.

• Manage corporate lease vehicle programs, renewals, compliance, and vendor coordination.

• Review invoices, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with Finance and vendors.

• Maintain space inventory, floor plans, and occupancy records.

• Prepare bilingual Korean/English meeting materials, reports, and documentation.

• Develop and maintain SOPs aligned with company and HQ standards.

• Prepare performance reports and dashboards for management.

• Manage employee engagement events, VIP visits, and onsite activities.

• Oversee facility operations, maintenance requests, security access, and supplies.

• Manage departmental budgets and support strategic planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field .

• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

• Professional fluency in Korean and English speaking and writing .

• Experience with departmental budgeting.

• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.

• Experience developing SOPs, reports, and operational documentation.

• Ability to manage teams, establish goals, and drive results.

• Experience with company communications, newsletters, or similar content preferred.
