Regional Property Manager -- Multifamily

50-year history of success. We operate market-rate apartment communities throughout Western PA.

We do not operate subsidized housing.

The Role

We're hiring a Regional Property Manager to lead our property managers and serve as ownership's

second-in-command. This is a senior leadership role with real authority. You'll build our training

program, set operating standards, drive portfolio performance, and run the company when needed.

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of property managers across multiple apartment

communities

- Run day-to-day company operations when necessary as ownership's right hand

- Recruit, hire, train, and develop leasing, maintenance, and property management staff

- Design and launch a company-wide training program and standard operating procedures

- Drive occupancy, renewals, rent collections, and NOI across the portfolio

- Set KPIs for each property and lead regular performance reviews

- Own budgets, rent rolls, and monthly financial reporting

- Direct maintenance operations, including work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and capital

projects

- Manage vendors and contractors, from bidding through quality control

- Conduct property inspections and resolve escalated resident issues

- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Pennsylvania landlord-tenant law, and local codes

Qualifications

- 7+ years of market-rate multifamily property management experience (10+ preferred)

- 3+ years supervising property managers across multiple sites

- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams

- Experience creating training programs and operating procedures

- Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

- Track record of improving occupancy and NOI

- Property management software experience (AppFolio, Yardi, RealPage, or similar)

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

- CAM, ARM, CPM, or similar certification preferred
