Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead projects through the full SDLC : requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
- Coordinate releases, milestones, and system deployments
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering, product, QA, security, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings including standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and status briefings
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and remove delivery blockers
SDLC & Technical Oversight
- Translate business and functional requirements into actionable project plans
- Track progress against requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support scope control, change management, and release readiness
Risk, Quality & Performance Management
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Monitor quality metrics, testing activities, and defect resolution
- Track performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain project artifacts including charters, schedules, RAID logs, and documentation
- Ensure alignment with organizational standards and SDLC governance
- Support audits, reviews, and gate approvals as required
