• Board: Board Certified (BC) in Gastroenterology
• Licenses: Active Florida License
• Experience: Minimum 50 patients (inpatient/consultative) in past 12 months; procedure log requirements for Colonoscopy and Endoscopy
• Other Qualifications: Clean background check and NPDB report

• Perform outpatient GI endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy and endoscopy.
• Note and document resulting pathology.
• Provide coverage at various Lee Health locations (LMH, CCH, GCMC) as assigned.
• Collaborate with support staff including advanced practitioners and anesthesiologists.
• Ensure compliance with credentialing requirements and maintain active FL license.
