Shipping And Receiving ClerkThe Shipping And Receiving Clerk are responsible to operate powered industrial trucks (Forklift) to loading, unloading, shipping and receiving warehouse items and transporting materials to different locations within the facility.Essential duties and responsibilities:Loading and unloading groceries from vehicles such as trucksMoving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facilityStacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructionsMove inventory and materials across facilitiesChecking loads are secureStacking empty palletsEnsure forklift is properly stored, fueled, cleaned, and ready to operateQualification requirements:Good math, language and reading skillsMinimum 18 years oldPhysical demands and abilities:Regularly sitting on a powered industrial truck (Forklift)Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for the duration of the shiftMust be able to work weekends and overtime on a regular basis, including holidays
