What You’ll Bring: 1+ years of Google/Bing paid search experience B2C e-commerce expertise and advanced Excel skills Strategic, analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving Your Role: Manage paid search campaigns across industries and lead client accounts Test and optimize campaigns while staying ahead of industry trends Collaborate on cross-channel strategies aligned with client KPIs Compensation & Benefits: $60,000–$75,000 Unlimited PTO, paid parental leave, company-paid healthcare 401(k) with company match, education stipend, donation match, and more Career Growth: Progress to Paid Search Senior Strategist within 1–2 years.
