Head of Artificial Intelligence

This is a full-time onsite opportunity based in either New York, NY or Miami, FL.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This executive‑level leadership role will lead enterprise AI and automation initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency, modernize workflows, and support scalable business growth across a rapidly expanding organization. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Head of Artificial Intelligence will evaluate existing business processes, identify opportunities for intelligent automation and AI‑driven transformation, and develop strategic roadmaps that create measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technology and business leader who combines strong operational insight, AI implementation experience, and the ability to drive cross‑functional transformation initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute the organization’s enterprise AI and automation strategy aligned with business objectives Assess operational workflows, systems, and business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and intelligent automation Partner cross‑functionally with leadership, operations, analytics, and technology teams to implement scalable AI‑driven solutions Build strategic roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans that demonstrate measurable operational and financial impact Help modernize internal systems, workflows, and borrower‑facing processes through AI‑enabled technologies and automation initiatives Establish scalable AI governance standards, operational best practices, and long‑term transformation frameworks

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise systems, digital transformation, software engineering, operations technology, or related fields Minimum 4+ years of experience implementing AI, automation, intelligent workflow, or operational transformation initiatives within business environments Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Proven ability to evaluate business operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop scalable technology‑driven solutions with measurable ROI Hands‑on experience working with AI technologies, automation platforms, enterprise systems, cloud environments, and modern business applications Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value Experience operating in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented, or entrepreneurial environments with the ability to lead initiatives independently
