Outbound Sales Team Leader

**Outbound BPO Team Leader / Appointment Setting Supervisor**

**Location:** Remote – Philippines Preferred

**Pay:** $3–$4 USD/hour + performance bonuses

**Hours:** 15–20 hours/week, US business hours

**About the Role**

We’re a US-based commercial real estate financing firm looking for an experienced BPO Team Leader to manage a small team of outbound appointment setters.

**We need someone who can take ownership, keep agents dialing, and drive results without constant supervision.**

**Responsibilities**

* Manage daily attendance, schedules, and calling activity.
* Train agents on scripts, objections, and call handling.
* Monitor calls, coach underperformers, and enforce productivity targets.
* Track appointments, qualified leads, and daily performance.
* Handle day-to-day team issues independently.
* Send a brief daily performance report.

**Requirements**

* 2+ years supervising outbound sales or appointment-setting teams.
* Experience managing US outbound campaigns.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Strong coaching, leadership, and accountability skills.
* Familiarity with dialers, CRMs, and call tracking.
* Reliable internet and availability during US calling hours.

**CRE experience is not required.**
