Associate Data Analyst

Gradient Systematics is seeking an Associate Data Analyst for its offices in Dallas, TX. Job Description Collect and analyze data related to transportation systems, including traffic flow, vehicle counts, and road infrastructure. Create visualizations and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain databases and data management systems to ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis. Conduct research on transportation trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform decision‑making and project design. Support the development of transportation planning and engineering projects by providing data‑driven insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineers, planners, and project managers, to ensure that data‑driven approaches are integrated into project design and implementation. Perform data quality assurance and data validation activities to ensure that data used in analysis is accurate and reliable. Job Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent* in Business Analytics or a closely related field and demonstrated knowledge** of: data science and data engineering, data visualization (Tableau), AI, and Azure. *Will accept educational equivalency evaluation prepared by a qualified evaluation service. **Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training, and/or hands‑on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
