Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed client assessments and develop personalized therapy plans, employing evidence-based practices aimed at improving mental health outcomes.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, reflecting the rich community in Springfield and surrounding areas. You will work with individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) within Massachusetts.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000, complemented by a competitive bonus structure.
