This full-time remote position focuses on improving the emotional and psychological well-being of our clients while ensuring the highest standards of care are met. The salary range for this role is USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building strong therapeutic alliances while adhering to ethical standards and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress and discuss strategies for stability, including planning for future appointments and discharges as appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and continually assess person-centered treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique circumstances and goals.
\n
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, following best practices in confidentiality and data management.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized therapy goals based on clients' mental health needs.
\n
• Attend individual supervision sessions aimed at fostering personal and professional growth.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain a growth mindset by engaging in ongoing professional development and integration of new therapeutic techniques.

Our practice serves a wide array of clients, including adults facing chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges, as well as children and families navigating complex emotional landscapes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credentials.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting where you provided direct services.

• Proficiency in using digital tools, including electronic record-keeping systems and telehealth platforms, as well as basic software such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• Strong capabilities in conducting intake assessments and delivering psychotherapy to individuals and families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities or specialized training related to child and adolescent mental health.

• Experience with integrated care models and collaborative practice with other health care providers.

• Previous remote counseling experience is advantageous.
