Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and thoughtful comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and design individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities in one-on-one, group, and family therapy sessions that address specific client needs and goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and emotional stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards set by industry regulations.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors—to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources; serving as an advocate for their rights and best interests.

• Continuously enhance your professional skills by engaging in ongoing training and attending workshops focused on the latest in mental health therapy best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
