Accounts Receivable Clerk

AR Clerk | Direct Hire | El Segundo, CA

We are partnering with a well-established global manufacturer to identify an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a direct hire opportunity. This is an excellent position for someone with at least a year of accounting experience who is looking to build a long-term career and grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Location: El Segundo, CA

Schedule: Hybrid - Onsite 1 day per week (Wednesdays)

Compensation: $54,000-$56,000 DOE

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounting or accounts receivable experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Navision experience is beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accounts receivable transactions
• Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Assist with collections and customer account inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support month-end close activities related to AR
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processing
