Work Environment\n

As a remote team member, you will enjoy a supportive work setting that emphasizes collaboration and professional growth. Your regular work hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying unique care needs and developing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 95,000, with additional performance-based bonuses.
