Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, significantly enhancing your work-life balance while still being an integral part of our outpatient office team. You will collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and support staff while maintaining the flexibility to work from home. Scheduled working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring your evenings and weekends remain free for personal time and self-care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify specific care needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions, addressing emotional challenges and facilitating discussions on aging and life transitions.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans for elderly clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LMHC license in the state of Washington.
