Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that address clients' mental health needs, including crisis intervention strategies and positive behavior support frameworks.

• Complete all required documentation promptly, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards to maintain quality of care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools during client assessments as dictated by the clinical team's guidelines and protocols.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and programs to implement behavior support strategies that lead to positive outcomes for clients.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

• Serve as a liaison to local service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating access to necessary resources for clients.

• Develop relationships with local and state agencies, identifying opportunities for collaboration and funding to enhance program offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
