Work Environment\n

As a full-time LMFT with Will Listen Therapy, you will operate in a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong engagement with clients. Our outpatient office environment fosters supportive collaboration among practitioners, despite the physical distance. You will utilize various telehealth tools to implement remote therapy sessions, providing accessibility to clients in different circumstances. The role’s structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions designed to encourage open dialogue and facilitate emotional growth.

• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans that are aligned with clients’ unique needs and treatment objectives.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address clients' mental health requirements.

• Promote healthy communication and relationship skills by guiding clients through conflict resolution and problem-solving exercises.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds in Tacoma and surrounding areas. The therapist will work with clients dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n
