Senior Helpers – Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to our senior clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being within the comfort of their own homes.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to enhance their independence and quality of life
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately, promptly reporting any changes in health status to nursing staff
• Offer companionship and emotional support to foster a positive and uplifting environment
• Assist with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and accurate administration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for each client
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care and address concerns

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is mandatory
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related role is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening
