Senior Helpers located in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional care and support to our senior clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes in health to the nursing staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote a positive environment
• Help manage medication schedules as directed by healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification required
• Must be a High School Graduate or have a GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in a care-giving role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening
